Lesego Dibocho

Lesego Dibocho completed her degree in Business Management in 2011 at the University of Pretoria. She is currently employed in the automotive industry as a Continuous Improvement Processes trainee. Prior to her current position, she was a treasurer for an organization called The Foundation of Ethical Youth Leadership which is a registered society at the University of Pretoria. She also served as a house committee member for Asterhof Residence, a female residence within the institution. During her term as a house committee member, she was responsible for discipline and security, where she gained a great deal of experience in problem solving which developed her passion for developing solutions, professionally and personally.

Lesego stands firm for development and sustainable growth. She believes in giving people the skills and tools needed so that they can develop and empower themselves. In addition, inspiring through leading and encouraging people to dream and live beyond the limitations imposed by society is what she stands for. Lesego is an advocate for initiatives such as Influence Africa which is essential for gearing Africans into a state of independence and economic stability. Not only will this be beneficial for the society at large but also influence how people are viewed. She would be delighted to form part of such an influential initiative and look forward to serving on the advisory panel with much to learn and develop in herself as an individual.
